Effective, but app could be better

I decided to try the Slimpod for Menopause after hearing good things. The core program itself is quite effective; I've found that my relationship with food is genuinely shifting, which is impressive. Accessing the audio tracks was simple enough once I logged in, and the content is well-produced. However, the app can be a bit clunky sometimes. It occasionally lags when I switch between audios, and the interface feels a little dated compared to some other health apps I use. Customer service was helpful when I asked about a specific audio track, responding within a day. Overall, I think it's a worthwhile investment, but they could definitely improve the app's user experience.

Easy to use, immediate access

I bought the Slimpod App Subscription and it was so easy to get started. I signed up, paid, and instantly got access to all the audio files. I've been using the Sleep Improvement Audio and it's actually helped me fall asleep faster. No issues with ordering or anything. The app interface is clean and straightforward. I really appreciate not having to wait for anything.

Good program, good support

I purchased the Slimpod Gold program about two months ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no issues there. Delivery isn't really a thing since it's all digital, but access to the app and audios was instant. I had a question about syncing my progress between devices and their customer support responded to my email within a few hours with a clear explanation. The audio quality is good, and the program structure is easy to follow. I listen to the main Slimpod daily and the accompanying audios a few times a week. I've noticed I'm making better food choices without really thinking about it. It's not a quick fix, but it's a solid approach.

Slimpod Gold worked for me

I signed up for Slimpod Gold and it was a good experience. The audios were easy to access on the app. Customer service answered my question about the community forum quickly. I've been using it for a month and feel much better about my eating habits. It's making a positive change. I'll definitely keep going.

Slimpod Gold changed my relationship with food!

I signed up for Slimpod Gold and it's been an amazing experience! The Mindset Transformation Audio is incredible; I can't believe how my cravings have just… faded. I used to be such an emotional eater, and the Emotional Eating Program has truly helped me understand and manage that. The instant access to the Slimpod App was fantastic, and all the audio tracks were easy to download and listen to. I'm definitely going to continue my subscription next year, and I've already told my sister about it. Such a unique and effective approach to weight loss!

Really helped with cravings!

I got the Sugar Cravings Audio a few weeks ago and it's really made a difference. I was skeptical, but I found myself reaching for less candy almost immediately. It's a great little program. I'm already looking at their other audios.

Good program, but support was slow

I purchased the Slimpod Gold program after trying the 10 Day Weight Loss Challenge. The audio tracks were really helpful for changing my eating habits, especially the Sugar Cravings Audio. I did notice a positive shift in my mindset around food. Delivery was instant since it's digital, which was great. My only minor issue was when I had a question about accessing the community support; it took about three days to get a response from customer service. Overall, a solid program.
